Hand-y Crafts
These Hand-y Crafts are instructions for projects your children can do with their own hands (and sometimes a little help from a grown-up!). They can be used at home, during playgroups, parties or at school. Each Signing Time newsletter features a new project for the month. Keepsake Calendar:
Here are instructions for building a Keepsake Calendar. Do one project each month, and at the end of the year you'll have a wonderful keepsake of 12 months of special memories you've shared with your child. One day, those small handprints will be a distant memory; what better way to remember them by creating a calendar of the days when their hands were so small?
If you don't want to create the whole calendar you can always do each project here as a stand-alone activity.
