We’ve recently added a great way to refer your friends and family to Signing Time and save a little along the way. If you go to the product detail page of any of our products you will see a little link below the title and above the add to cart button that says “Refer a Friend Save 5%.”

Simply click the link, enter your information, a short message and then up to 5 emails of friends or family. We’ll email them your message (we don’t keep their email addresses) along with the link to the product page and a coupon to save 5%. Even better, when you refer your friend you’ll get an instant coupon to save 5% yourself!

We just want to thank you for your endorsements of Two Little Hands Productions in round one of the Shine a Light contest! We finished up with 1149 endorsements, putting us at #3 out of 150 top companies. This means we have made it on to round two.

Next we will be evaluated by Diane Von Furstenberg, JJ Ramberg, and Ellen Degeneres along with the other top 150 nominees. Only three finalists will be selected and announced on September 24th. Each of the three finalists will receive a $10,000 grant.

VISUALIZE another update on September 24th telling you that we’ve made it to the next round!

Once the finalists are announced, you can show your support again by casting your vote September 24 – October 16. Get ready to spread the word on your blogs, Twitter, and Facebook. We know that thousands of you have been touched by Signing Time… and if we make it to the top three, we’ll need your help more than ever during that voting period.

The overall winner will be announced October 19th and will receive a $50,000 grant and $50,000 worth of marketing support.  This would be a great help for spreading the word about our products and continuing to produce more of what you want!

Two Little Hands Productions (that’s us – the creators of Signing Time!) has been nominated as an inspiring small business in the Shine a Light campaign for an opportunity to receive a $50,000 grant and $50,000 worth of marketing support from American Express. (Believe it or not, we really ARE a small business!)

This is an amazing opportunity to fuel our efforts to put Signing Time in every home and develop more of the products you love. Help us continue to make a real difference for families and children around the world.

All we need  is 50 endorsements from our fans on the contest website by September 13, 2009 to qualify as one of 150 finalists. That is so do-able! As a finalist, we’ll get the chance to be evaluated by three independent judges: Diane Von Furstenberg, JJ Ramberg, and Ellen Degeneres. The Judges will select the three finalists and award a $10,000 grant. That’s the first step.

Once we make it that far, we need you to cast your vote again between 9/24/09 and 10/16/09 to select a winner, so stay tuned.
