If you would like full color and full page the when you open the PDF and click print select the option to "Print Full Page" and to "Print Color". These options vary by printer but are available on all printers. The same goes for two per page or Black and White. You can use the setting on your printer to print color, black and white, or have 2, 4 or any number per page.
