Q. How do I place an order for Signing Time products?

There are many ways to place an order for Signing Time products: online at www.signingtime.com, by phone, by mail, or by fax. Here's how:

Order Signing Time through our secure Internet Store here.

To order Signing Time by phone: 

Call 801-676-4440, Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm MST. Please have your credit card ready.

To order Signing Time by mail:

Use this form and mail it to the above address with your check or money order for the total including shipping, payable to Two Little Hands Productions.

Order Signing Time by Purchase Order (for libraries, schools, institutions, etc.):

Complete your order online at our store, and select the Purchase Order option for payment. Then, please fax your Purchase Order to 801-676-4441. Your order will not be completed until we receive a fax. Please include an email address to receive notification of order and shipping notifications. We will invoice you for payment. Our terms are Net 30.

Q. I don't know what to order. Where do I start?

If you have a baby or toddler ages 0-3, the Baby Signing Time Series is a great place to start.

If you are a beginner in sign language or have an infant and/or a young child, start with Signing Time, Series 1 Volumes 1-3 entitled My First Signs, Playtime Signs, and Everyday Signs. These first volumes include basic signs for words used in everyday communication.

Q. I already have Signing Time (Series 1) Volumes 1-4 and/or Baby Signing Time 1-4. Where do I go next?

You can continue with Signing Time, Series 1, Volume 5: ABC Signs, and just keep building your Signing Time library with each consecutive volume. They come in prepackaged sets that make it easy for you to move through the series. Alternatively, you can browse each volume in our Store and make your selection based on whatever subject you are interested in learning. (Trust us - you'll want them ALL!)

Q. How do I find the shipping costs on my International (incl. Canada) order?

You can place your order through our website. Place the items you want to order in the shopping cart, then put your country, state and postal code in the Estimate Shipping box. Click the quote button and you will see that your shipping option is through FedEx International, which typically takes 7-10 days to arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation when the package ships which will include the FedEx tracking number. Be aware that we do not have control over your country's customs procedures and there may be addition duties and taxes that will need to be paid before the package is delivered. These additional charges are not included in the shipping cost for your order. You will be contacted by FedEx if there are additional charges owed. Please understand and accept this risk when placing an order.

Q. When will my order arrive?

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after being placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships from our warehouse.

Estimated Shipping Times are as follows:

* US Postal Service First Class Mail may take up to 7 business days to arrive.
* US Postal Service Priority Mail may take up to 6 business days to arrive.
* US Postal Service Media Mail may take 16 business days or more to arrive.
* International orders, including Canada, are sent by Federal Express (FedEx), and typically take 7-10 days to arrive. FedEx pays the customs fees, however there may be Canadian taxes and duties due upon delivery. This is beyond our control. You will be contacted by FedEx if there are additional charges.

Hawaii and Alaska orders are sent by US Postal Service only. Please be aware that Media Mail can take 4-6 weeks to arrive to Hawaii and Alaska.

FedEx: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You receive an email with tracking information once the package leave our warehouse. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.

NOTE: Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we do not have control over how it is handled by the courier or delivery delays due to weather, emergencies, labor strikes, and so forth.

Q. I need my order really fast, like overnight or 2-day delivery. Is that possible?

In some cases this is possible, depending on where you live and when you place your order. It's expensive to ship overnight but if you want to pay for it, we certainly can help you! To place an expedited order, please call Customer Service at 801-676-4440 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Mountain Standard Time.

Q. I haven't received my order yet and I think adequate time has passed. What should I do?

First, look at the email you should have received from our warehouse and look for any tracking information to track your package. If that doesn't help, check out the shipping time frames on our Shipping FAQ page. If your order is past the estimated time for the shipping guidelines, call Customer Service at 801-676-4440 between 9am and 5pm MST for help. Be sure to have your order number ready when you call.

Q. How can I find out more about your products?

If you click on any of the product pictures on the website it will bring up a screen with detailed information about that particular item. ASL vocabulary words taught in each volume are among the many things that you can view.

Q. Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. You may place your order on our website, and select the Purchase Order option. Then, please fax your order to us at 801-676-4441, or attach your purchase order to an email to info@signingtime.com, or mail your purchase order to Two Little Hands Productions, 623 E. Fort Union Blvd. Suite 201 Midvale, UT 84047.  We cannot continue processing your order until we receive a company Purchase Order. Your order will be placed within 24 hours of receiving your purchase order.  Please include an email address to receive order and shipping notifications.

Q. How do I find out what the shipping cost is for my purchase order?

Shipping is calculated by zip code and weight. On our website, add the items you are purchasing to the shopping cart. When all of the items and quantities are placed in the shopping cart, enter your country, state and zip code in the Estimate Shipping box and click the quote button to get the shipping cost and methods available for your order.

Q. I don't like to order on the Internet. Is there another way to order?

Yes!

We are happy take your order over the phone. Call Customer Service at 801-676-4440 between 9am and 5pm MST, Monday through Friday.
If you want to mail in an order, please print out an order form . Send your order with payment by check, money order or credit card to: Two Little Hands Productions 623 E. Fort Union Blvd. Ste. 201, Midvale, UT 84047. Sales Tax applies for Utah and Oklahoma Residents. Be sure to add your shipping costs located in the shipping chart on the order form. Orders will not be processed without adequate postage included.

Q. I don't use credit cards. Can I pay by check or debit card? Do you process electronic checks?

You can order online with a debit card. It will process just like a credit card. We do not currently take electronic checks, but you can mail in your order with a check or money order (see previous question).

Q.Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my own, or to more than one address?

During the checkout process you will have the option to enter the "ship to" address, and you can select which items you'd like to go to which addresses. Shipping/handling charges will apply to each order.

No. Currently at this time we do not offer gift messaging on our website.

Q. Do you price match? I found Signing Time for less through another source.

We have authorized retailers of our products who have a degree of flexibility with regard to pricing. We offer many special sales throughout the year, as do they. If you find Signing Time for less through another channel, confirm they are an authorized retailer and feel free to purchase it from them.

Be aware that if you do purchase from an authorized retailer, we do not guarantee their customer service and you do business with them at your own risk. We only provide customer service to those who purchase directly from us.

Q.Is Signing Time available in stores?

Our products are not available in major retail outlets, but we do have a few select, independent retailers that sell Signing Time products. Some of them may have stores; others may be mail-order businesses. You can call 801-676-4440, or email info@signingtime.com with your city, state, and zip code and ask us if there are any retailers near you.

Q. If I live close by, can I come to your office in Midvale, UT or go to your warehouse so I can save on shipping?

We are a mail order business only and orders are shipped from a remote location. We cannot accommodate retail customers in person at our corporate office or warehouse at this time. All orders must be shipped.

Q. I just placed my order and realized I made a mistake. How do I change it?

If you placed the order during our regular office hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5pm, MST), and you call us the same day as you placed the order we may be able to cancel the order for you. If your package has already shipped, you must place a new order and then return the incorrect one after it is delivered to you. Shipping costs are not refundable once incurred.

Q. Do you have a Spanish version of Signing Time?

Yes, Volumes 1-3 of Series One now include Spanish play options. A viewer can watch the original show in English, or watch it in Spanish. The songs remain in English. Another exciting feature is an English with Spanish play option where the program is in English with the addition of the key word in Spanish. This is a great choice for English speaking viewers who would like to learn spanish vocabulary.  Subtitles are available in both Spanish and English.

Signing Time is so simple that one need not be a native English speaker to benefit from our shows. In fact, many non-native English speakers have reported that they have used Signing Time to learn English as well as American Sign Language.

Q.Are the Signing Time DVDs formatted for use outside the United States?

Our DVDs are All-Region Formatted. Many other countries use PAL versions. Newer DVD players in other countries are now made to be both NTSC and PAL compatible, but an older player may not be NTSC compatible.

Q. Where can I get Coupons and/or Discount Codes?

Coupons and/or Discount Codes are offered through our newsletters and special promotions on the online forums. You can sign up for our newsletters and promotions on our website.

Q. I wanted to order when you had a special offer but I missed it. Will you still give me the discount?

We usually have special offers on our website or coupon codes send through our Newsletters & Promotions emails which run for limited times. Once the sale is over, we can't extend that offer anymore. Watch for new special offers, sales, and coupon codes, and be sure to act fast next time!

Q. Do you offer discounts for teachers?

We don't offer a standard discount for purchases made by teachers. We do occasionally offer coupons for teachers and professionals, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter and promotions list.

Q. Do you offer bulk discounts?

We may offer a price break on large orders. This is handled on a case-by-case-basis. If a single order totals $1000-$1999, you may be eligible for a15% discount. Single orders of $2000 and up may be eligible for a 20% discount. Orders of this size must be placed by phone. Please contact us with your request.

Q. How can I get DVDs donated from Two Little Hands Productions to families in need, schools, or early intervention programs who can't afford them?

Due to the number of donation requests we receive, our policy is to only consider requests from registered U.S. non-profit entities that will use our products in a fundraising effort.

Please email us at info@signingtime.com with the following information:
Name of Organization
Description of Organization (size, location, web address, purpose of organization (mission statement)
501c3 tax exemption number
Event date, description, attendance expected
How product will be used and what money collected will be used for
If and when you have ever received a donation from us before

Requests then go to our Donation Committee for review. Please allow 8-10 weeks for sufficient lead time.
