Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.  Shipping costs are not refundable. We must be able to find your original order, so please include a copy of your order confirmation or your order number with a note explaining that you want a refund. We will refund your credit card for the amount of the product, less shipping and any discounts received. We will not accept returns for refund beyond the 30 day period.

EXCHANGES:  If you purchased the wrong thing or received the item as a gift, you may return it unopened and exchange it for a different item within 60 days of the order date. We must be able to find your original order.  Please call Customer Service at 801-676-4440 prior to returning the items to verify your return. We only exchange items if they were purchased from Two Little Hands Productions. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s) to our office and costs to return the item to you.  You will need to enclose a check or money order to cover return shipping/handling costs.  When you call Customer Service, they will tell you the amount to send. When returning your items, include your order number and a note explaining what you want us to do, We will not accept exchanges beyond the 60 day period.
