Shipping FAQs

Q. What shipping options do you offer?

Shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may increase during holidays.

Our current shipping options are as follows (subject to change):

Express Shipping

  • Shipping Duration: 4 - 6 business days, includes package tracking
  • Only available within the continental United States

United States Postal Service, Priority Mail

  • Shipping Duration: 4 - 7 business days, includes package tracking

United States Postal Service, First Class

  • Shipping Duration: Expect 5-10 business days. Does not include package tracking.
  • Weight Limit: 13 oz., or about two DVDs. This option is not available for packages over 13 oz.

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping Duration: 7 - 9 business days
  • Courier delivery is through FedEx Smart Post or United States Post Office (USPS)
  • FedEx Smart Post delivers via FedEx to your local post office. The post office then delivers the package within 2-3 days.  Total time to deliver is approx. 7-9 business days.

Q. Do you ship anywhere outside the continental U.S.? If so, are there any restrictions to shipping internationally? And, how long will it take to get here?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. You can place your order through our website. On our website, www.signingtime.com, place the items you want to order in the shopping cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart there is a box where you can enter your country, state and postal code to get your shipping cost. The current shipping options are FedEx International and USPS Priority Mail International.

With FedEx International you will receive a tracking number for your package and FedEx also pays the customs fees. Other taxes and duties may apply (depending on the country in which you live).  Arrival time depends on your country, but takes approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive.

USPS Priority International is through the United States Post Office and takes approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your country and customs.  You are responsible to pay for any customs, duties and taxes that your country requires. There is no tracking information for packages sent USPS.

We do not have control over your country's customs policies or the duties and taxes they charge. Your country’s customs department will contact you if any fees are due.

Q. Are shipping fees refundable if I return my product?

Once a package is shipped we cannot refund the shipping cost. If you return your product, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us as well as the original shipping fee.

Q. Why was I only offered 2 options for shipping, when you have 4 methods available?

The available shipping options for your order are based on your location and the total weight of your order. Please see above (What shipping options do you offer?) for details on each shipping method.

Q. When I track my package through my Signing Time account, the only information is the tracking number. How do I access the information?

If you can't get the tracking information, but have the tracking number, go to www.fedex.com for FedEx Smart Post, or to www.usps.com if your package was shipped through the post office. The USPS tracking number will have a 16-22 digit number and FedEx will typically be 7-9 digits.

Q. Can I have my order shipped to a different address or more than one address?

During the checkout process you will have the option to enter the "ship to" address. You may ship it to a different address other than your billing address, as in the case of sending a gift to someone else. You can only ship to one address. If you want to ship to more than one address, you will have to place separate orders for each address. Shipping/handling charges will apply to each order.

Q. How can I find out what my shipping/handling charges are before I place my order?

Add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart page enter your country, state and zip code and click the quote button to get the shipping costs and methods available for your order. You can add or remove items to the shopping cart to see the shipping differences.

Q. What type of shipping do you use for Free Shipping when it is available?

We typically ship via FedEx Smart Post when free shipping is available. It takes approximately 5-10 business days to arrive. If you need your package to arrive faster, you may pay for a different shipping method offered when checking out.

Free shipping is offered occasionally as a promotion. Be sure you are subscribed to our Promotions email to receive notification of free shipping opportunities. Free Shipping, when available, is only offered to United States addresses. One special or coupon code is allowed per order, so if you enter a discount or coupon code the free shipping will not apply.
