What is the difference between the sign for "Thank You" and the sign for "Good"? Also, is there a sign for "You're Welcome"?

There's not a lot of difference; Thank you tends to come out as a one handed sign. Good usually lands in the palm of the non-dominant hand. I normally use the same sign for Thank You for You're Welcome. You will see it signed like "welcome to my home" but that is a more English sign.

Does that help?

It is more English-like, but I see it everywhere from all sorts of Deaf folks for an "answer" to THANK-YOU.

I met a deaf ice skating coach this past Monday. When Sabrina signed THANK YOU to her for giving her a cookie(I didn't know she was deaf until after that), she used both hands to sign YOU'RE WELCOME. Kind of like a two-handed THANK YOU. Both hands did the exact same thing. She signed it again the same way at a later point that evening as well.
