i wanted to share this with the group

i was driving Lexi (4) home from school and she was signing numbers and random words...she asked me how to sign something and i told her i didn't know

Lexi: "We should ask my signing teacher"
Me: "Oh, honey I wish we had a signing teacher"
Lexi: "I do have one...remember? Leah's mommy!"

i thought that was so cute

anyone else have a "Rachel" or funny ST comment from their child to share?

When Rachel and crew were here for the Hometown Edition, she visited our school. The first visit was an impromptu one for the newspaper to get some pictures. The kids in kindy & 1st grade were so excited to see Rachel Coleman in person... one kindergartener asked the teacher, "How did she get out of the TV?"
William seemed more impressed that mommy was at school than Rachel was at being there. The next day, Rachel went to school to visit all the classrooms and rehearse with the kids. She went in her ST outfit... Oh, did he acknowledge her then! For him, she went from being Rachel to being RACHEL! And when school was done and she came home to change out of the ST outfit, she went up to William and said, "William, who am I?" and he said, "Achel.... Where's Achel? :D

Carter used to say that he was going to marry Rachel. Does that count? LOL. Both Carter and his brother would go right up to the TV and give her kisses and hugs.
