As in "do your finish/complete your ending."

My daughter's skating coach is looking for it. Right now she's using the sign for ALL DONE/FINISHED.

I'm not positive about what you are asking. I am assuming the skating coach wants the sign for the ending of the routine??
You could either sign END, which is both hands with the B handshape, with the dominant hand moving along the top of the non-dom and then down over the fingertips (see this link and click on END http://www.commtechlab.msu.edu/sites/aslweb/browser.htm) Or she could sign LAST PART. See the above length as well.
I hope that helps.

I agree...
Or even just LAST (since the context will make it clear...).

For me, it depends...that's my pat answer and I'm sticking to it. If the child is skating and most likely knows the routine, then I would simply sign a one handed FINISH, as in "Come on, finish this up..."

For my students, when we're coming to an end, I typically sign "LAST" just so they know we're getting close. Sometimes I sign "SUCCESS" for one of my students, just to let him know he has almost accomplished his goal and should wind it up. But he's also a show-off and I have to give him something different from the other kiddos!
