OK so we own volumes 1-9 and have since December but we've only opened the first 3. Kennedy LOVES them all and Kassidy and Kameron know every sign on there. Kennedy knows about 20 signs total. I figured I wouldn't open more until she got most of the signs from 1-3 down, but I couldn't wait anymore! LOL So tonight I opened #4! I love love love it!!! Kennedy was enthralled as always and picked up "grumpy" right away! LOL Imagine that! I wonder what the sign is for stubborn... or drama queen? LOL I can't wait till the big kids get up in the morning so they can watch it too. Thanks Rachel! You rock!!

Wait until you open 5 and 6! Those are my favorite! BTW, Kennedy is ADORABLE! You're a lucky mom!

The sign for STUBBORN is similar to DONKEY (but you bend your hand one time hard) - you will get to Donkey in Signing time #7 LOL. Now are you going to tear them all open?
I am always surprised at which signs Lucy immediately relates to and uses from the shows. As parents we often think we know what will be the "important" signs to our kids.
I guess it is just like speech - food words come way before words like Mom and Dad.
BTW - Kennedy IS a doll!

Thanks!! :D I DO want to tear them all open! LOL Maybe I will watch them while the kids are in bed and then tape them back up? ROFL!
BTW Rachel, if you get to this thread again... Kennedy is saying LEAH! OK seriously she only says like 10 words and she's watching #4 again and she was humming along with the theme song and every time she said Leah right on cue! Her siblings are going to be so jealous! LOL
ALSO, I was thinking about this when I opened the DVD last night... we just bought a movie from walmart last week and when we were opening it I was SO frustrated because beyond the shrink wrap they had a sticker all the way along all 3 sides that I could NOT get off! ST! opened VERY easily so THANK YOU for that! LOL I get frustrated easily!
Hmm... off to hunt for donkey... ;)

OMgosh, I agree with Rachel, Kennedy is too cute for words!!! We only have 1-3 and I am saving up for the rest. Jayme just loves all of them. The only videos she watches anymore are ST! or Garfield "kitty"!

Also, ST! is often available through the local library, so you can check out other volumes there too. I have a friend who did that last year - use the library until the Christmas gift of the next ST! set of 3.
