How do you sign different shapes?

Square- both index fingers outline the shape of a square
Rectangle- both index fingers outline the shape of a rectangle
Circle- one index finger outlines shape of a circle
Triangle- T hands out line shape of a triangle
Octagon- The number 8 is shown followed by the index fingers outlining the shape of a octagon.
Hexagon- The number 6 is shown followed by the index fingers outlining the shape of a hexagon
Shape- The A hand shape outlines the shape of a body
