My daughter loves to point out to me and say 'Light'. How do you sign this?

"Light" is DD's first sign!
For a lamp or a ceiling light, I put my hand at cheek-level (but not against my cheek of course) and flick my fingers outward like they were wet or I was tossing a ball (hopefully that makes sense) to represent the light shining out.

In general, we tend to use the 8 handshape below your chin as if you are going to flick it with you middle finger.
