We were eating supper and he decided the food wasn't coming fast enough. So I said "Say Please" and he did the sign! How cool is that? He's been doing thankyou for a while but never please! I guess he picked it up from BST or us because we model it to him. Just so funny that he did it "out of the blue" like that! (of course we praised him and now he's been doing it all evening!)

That's great!
Our children are always absorbing more than we know. Once, when Carter was only 13 months old, he randomly signed "cat" at me. I was looking all around the room for a cat when I realized there was a picture of one in the magazine I was reading. I began paying a lot more attention to everything around my children. They're always listening, watching and learning, whether they let us know or not.

that is awesome Katrina :) I know Brady picks things up all the time that I haven't taught him. I think because he is such an observer he is always taking things in :)
