The Third Friday of each month we meet at Hunter Park 3600 South 6000 West at 3:30 -4:30 pm. We do 10 - 15 minutes of ASL activities and then let the children free play. We encourage children of ALL AGES to join us. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Sorry, the next two Months are very busy for me, so I won't be hosting playgroup. We will start back up in January with all the new Shows to play with! January Playgroup will be at my home.

It will start March 3 @ 3:30 p.m. at the Jordan Valley Child Development Center on 7501 So 1000 East in a Relocatable locate to the south of the playground that is behind the building. As it warms up we will also be using the ALL Access Playground. So everyone, all ages and abilities will have a place to play! We will hold it Every first Friday of the month except for July and December!

April 7, 2006 will be the next Midvale Playgroup. 3:30 pm at the Jordan Valley Child Development Center in the Portable Classrooms behind the Building just South of the Playground. 7501 So 1000 East. Hello all!

My name is Emily and i have watched Singing Time for about a month now and have fallen in love. My son is only 6 months but i would love to learn and also have my son to learn and use while growing up.
When should i start having my son learn? I try now while watching just doing the signs in front of him and he loves it. Would love to meet other moms teaching sign to their kids.
I'm located downtown SLC and i'm full time SAHM.

I just want to remind everyone about my playgroup. It is every Friday at 10am at the Sanderson Community Center for the Deaf in Taylorsville (just off 5300 S. and Redwood). We would love to have any Deaf or signing kids!

We have a deaf playgroup meeting at the deaf communtiy center (Sanderson Community Center 5709 S 1500 W) on Firdays at 10:00am. A lady by the name of Melissa is putting it on. :)

I did the sign/reading time at the Grantsville library again. It was great. I'm doing it one more time in May (I think the second of third thursday)before my baby comes. I'll have the summer off and then hopefull do it somemore in the fall. hope more people can make it. I'll let you know when we set the date for the next one. JaLyn:)

from were you are LeeAnn, head west on 80, take the Stansbury PK exit #99, Follow the exit through one stop light(I think) and then at the next light follow the sign for Grantsville (you need to turn right at the light I think)about 10 mins. down that road you'll come into Grantsville on main st. and the story time is in the court house on the right with the library and the police station all in the same building. Sorry don't know the address and these places are so small they don't use addressess much. call me if you can come out early or something. JaLyn:)

Yes, Sorry. We had a lot of fun working on Food Signs. July 19th will be the Utah Signing Time Event at Hoggle Zoo. Watch the Forum for more Details.

just wanted to let you know that I'm doing to library reading time at 4 pm today if anyone is in the area and wants to come out to Grantsville.

I was just told that there has been a freon(?) spill in the city hall were the library is and that the building is closed for the day. so I'm being moved to aug. 3rd. 4pm if and one can make it:)

The playgroups That I run will start back up on September 1st at 3:30 pm at Jordan Valley Early Intervention 7501 So 1000 E. Then September 15th at 3:30 pm at Hunter Park 3600 So 6000 West.
