I love the little voices

I just love the little voices used to narrate BST. Whenever Alexandria steals food off of my plate I hear the little voice that said "The baby is drinking Mommy's milk." but instead it is "The baby is eating Mommy's pizza." This helps me to laugh and see how adorable she is rather than getting mad at her. :)

You know you've had too much BST when you start thinking of things Rachel would say to describe the signs you're making ;) We find ourselves making up new words and singing BST songs at the strangest times :)

Did you know that the majority of voiceover is done by Clara Poulsen, who is Leah/Lucy/Alex/Zak's cousin (Carrie is her mom, who is #1 in the de Azevedo family lineup)? She saves the day, every episode, and even though Emilie coaches her on what to say, she will often surprise us with silliest things. ie:

"...washing you hands! All clean! It's like your cleaning a dinosaur! Or... or a monkey!"

That's hilarious! I enjoyes meeting Clara when we were in UT for the BST shoot - and it was eerie, I recongnized her voice first!

Ahhh, Emilie could list a million Clara-isms. Maybe there should be an outake of pure audio.

When we were working on DIRTY and CLEAN. Clara was commenting on the little girl who is playing in sand and then signs "Dirty." Clara said "Her hands are dirty... and her bum!" Needless to see we edited that one down a little!

I think an outtakes thing would be hilarious, but it all takes production time and money... sigh. If only funds were unlimited, than I think life would be great!
