Question about Deaf Mentor Program

Okay, I'm not exactly sure that this is where I need to be posting this. Please feel free to move it if needed.

I know of someone that just found out that their little girl (3-4 months) is Deaf. I know there is a Deaf Mentor program here in Utah. Could someone give me some more info on it that I can pass on to them? How do you get involved? Does it cost anything? Contact name? Etc....

The "Hearing and Vision Connections" organization keeps the lists of Deaf mentors and then the EI SC is supposed to communicate with them to get the family in touch with the mentor.

So far it hasn't ACTUALLY played out that way for us, but in theory that's how it's supposed to work. If Utah has a HVC, that could be a place to start.
