rice and hollandaise

This is my oldest favorite food. He always ask me how to sign it. I have tried looking at the online dictionary suggested here and have had no luck.

Any help or direction on how to find out would be so nice :)

Both words are FS'd... RICE is pretty much always just fingerspelled. For "hollandaise", you would also have to set it up by describing it a bit before you fingerspelled it to establish context.
