From another listserve I subscribe to, I thought it would be fun to share this article link here that confirms that babies can communicate with adults before verbal skills develop.
For all of you who sign with your baby, you may be saying 'D'uh'...but it was still nice to see and read about this study. Maybe if more people read it, they wouldn't think twice about whether or not to sign with their babies.
