We have the 8 ST videos. 7-9 are on order.
What other ASL videos would you recommend we put on Imani's gift list?

I got DD the ST board books. I think it will be good for her to have, but she's 18mo.

I have checked out many board books from the library, the ASL ones have never interested Imani. Except for her five favorites, new books don't interest her. (Although I continue to chase her around with the ones that interest me, or plant them in places she will have to at least handle them to get at the toys she is looking for.) I would love to hear from people whose kids are not excited by books if they react differently to the ST board books because of the familiar characters in them. Imani is 20 mo old.
I briefly mentioned in the yahoo group that I really liked Linda Bove's (of Sesame Street fame) "Sign Me a Story." My 16-month-old ds isn't ready for it quite yet, and it's also a little too fast for me, but I'm picking up a lot more than I was when I first bought it. The video narrates the story of "The Three Bears" and "Little Red Riding Hood" as the characters sign dialogue to one another. I wish there were a lot more videos like this. Anyway, it's a thought . . .
I hope it's okay to mention other products . . . is that what you were asking for?
