Different Covers

Hi,

I noticed there are ST-Videos and DVDs with different cover arts:
Those like in the ST-Shop, some with a night picture with moon and stars and now I saw one with Leah signing cat and Alex holding a drawn cat on the front.

What is the reason for the different covers?

Last year when we released volumes 4,5, and 6 we changed the artwork style for the series. Then when it came time to reprint ST vols 1-2-3 we reprinted using the new cover style to ensure consistency across the whole product line. The content of the DVDs /VHS tapes themselves was unchanged. ...

So in summary - it was just a design change of the covers alone to ensure that the whole series looks the same... :-)

I like all the designs - the cat-one is very cute, but it's good that they've all the same design now, it would be more confusing if not!

If you have the "Cat" one, then that is the VERY earliest cover of Signing Time- VINTAGE!!! It is the first edition before volumes 2 & 3 were released. Collectors' Item! Hang on to it!

No collector's items for me - I got Vol. 1-3 with the new covers. :rolleyes:

We have vol 1-3 with the older cover on it as well as the CD's. The DVD's don't look so hot though. They were played till they can't play no more! lol

The NIGHT sky as you described it was a printing error. As soon as we could we switched them to DAY skies:-) So there are 4 possible covers for Volume #1!
