We're in the north end of Osaka, but would go anywhere in Kansai for a Signing Time playgroup. We have a three-year-old and a one-year-old. Both are serious signers. The oldest can do all the signs from series 1 and 2, the youngest is on DVD 5, but is getting a lot from her older sister.
