You sign HAPPY, then the way we sign thanksgiving here is to start with 2 hands like THANK YOU and then, with palms up, a little movement forward indicating the GIVE part. Does that make sense?

Yep, that's it. But please smile as you sign it :) That is why I hesitate to recommend ASLPro; they have NO facial expression at all!

There is more than one way to sign it though. THANKS to God is the meaning of Thanksgiving, but there are a few people that do not worship God (sad, I know, but true).
So...
With that all said...here ya go!
1. THANKS to God
2. TURKEY (The gobbler at the chin-"G" at chin) then move the TURKEY straight down to your chest.
