Thanks to those who have come to the play groups this past year. It has been fun meeting all of you. We are going to try to be a little more consistent this year. We will start doing play group the second second Saturday of the month. So keep January 14th at 10:00 a.m. open. I will post the place in the next couple of weeks. Please feel free to email me with any questions or suggestions of places to meet.

In case anyone is looking for a playgroup that meets weekly in the southwest neighborhoods, here ya go!

Another fan of ST and I have started a playgroup that meets on Wednesday mornings at my home near Midway airport. So far it is my daughter, his two kids, two other moms and their five kids (between them).

If you are interested in coming, please contact me for the details: juliet@julietmartinez.com (or a private message through the forum, but I check email more frequently).

Since it's weekly there are mornings where we have to cancel because people are sick, have doctor's appointments, etc. So please include your phone number in case something like that comes up.

My Daughter Savannah is sick and so we won't be able to make it to Tuesday’s play group. If anyone was going please email me or I will call the Library to tell them we won't be coming. I am still planning on Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

I live on the Northside of Chicago and would love to meet other signing moms in the area. It seems that the Chicago playgroup that meets twice a month meets in locations that are just not feasible for us- I can't really make it to these areas. Anyone else ever interested in meeting on the Northside of the city or near by suburbs (Evanston, Skokie, Niles, etc.)?

You should just pick a date and tell everyone a time to meet you there. March 11 at 9:30 works for us, just throwing out a date, the earlier the better, less people are there. It gets busy around lunch!!!

Hi, Is there a playgroup in the St. Charles/ Geneva area or anyone that would like to form one with me? None of my Mommy friends do signing, so it would be nice to get together with some that do. My son is 8 1/2 months old & just began signing less than a month ago. Please email me if you'd like to get together or if I can join an existing group. Thanks! :D
