Subscribed Sub-forums?

How do you subscribe to some subforums so that I can get an email when new threads are posted? :confused:
Or can you only subscribe to threads?

if you are in a forum...like "General Signing Time Discussion", click on 'Forum Tools' and you will see a pull down menu...the third line down is "Subscribe to This Forum"
