Favorite ST! Volume

What is your favorite volume of Signing Time! and why?

Family, Feelings and Fun. Caitlyn absolutely loves all the songs on that video. It got played the most and stopped playing because of all the scratches. Thankfully, Grandma bought her a new set! :D

My favorite is the vol 6 ABC's! I LOVE the ABC song!! My daughter has been on a My Favorite things Kick (rainbow song!!), but I think her favorite would still be vol 3 ~ she dances like crazy to I'm a boy I'm a girl!

Love them all it's hard to choose, but if I had to...hummmmmmmmmm..... ABC's......very hard to choose.

My sister had them and after about a year with DS I decided that was something I wanted to do-didn't have any idea then what an impact it would on on me, and on our communication. ST is amazing!!

I love them all, but #4 with the In a House, In a Home really hits me...

We love them all, but I'd probably have to say "The Rainbow One" (as Jacob calls it). Of course, our new favorite will probably be Volume 9 -- all the zoo animals (it'll also be my children's debut -- we're excited!).

My daughter loves Family, Feelings and Fun. She gets such a kick out of signing the feeling words, especially "surprise". For some reason, she does this little flicking of her tongue inside her mouth when she signs "surprise". It is sooo cute! :p

I love all the volumes but really love the very first one where Alex and Leah were so young. It has been a privilege to watch them grow up so quickly.

I love #5, in large part because I learned more new signs for me from that video than from anything else (you know, it's amazing how many words aren't covered in college ASL classes!)-and I love the song.

My daughter's favorite, hands down, is #6-she LOVES the colors of the rainbow and will go through the whole thing saying "wed", "yel", "boo" "gee"-and shaking her hand (although she's not getting the hand shapes for the different colors yet). I think that's my most obvious example that she's learning directly from the videos as well as from the signs I do with her.

our favorite so far has definatley been volume 6! the rainbow song, and 5 a day and just all of them! he also loves BST volumes. From the look of the preview i think the farm one looks really good! Fast paced and fun! Thanks :cool:

Gosh, soooo hard to choose!!! We really love Family, Feelings, and Fun (In a House is FABULOUS)!!! My Favorite Things is great, too, and of course, ABC's.....Hmmm, probably Family, Feelings, and Fun, but that's leaving out too much. How about Volumes 4-6 in general??!!! And we are anxiously awaiting Volumes 7-9!!! My son keeps thinking they are going to arrive any day, especially when a delivery truck shows up at the house!!

I love all of them, but to choose my favorite it would be "Family, Feelings, and Fun." I love In A House! Have to be careful not to crash the car while driving and signing though :p

We like the ABC volume (5?? because of the amount of signs that we learned and we love trying to keep up with Rachel when she signs the alphabet....I'm getting there, Mady still needs the coordination.

I think Mady's favorite is My Day since she watches it all the time....we love "Hey, I'm Awake and the Bedtime Round (we sign/sing everynight getting into bed).

All in all, WE LOVE THEM ALL AND CAN'T WAIT FOR MORE!

I think Kennedy's favorite is Family Feelings and Fun too... she dances her whole way through that one. She also really likes Leah's Farm because of all the animals.
Kassidy and Kameron LOVE the Alphabet one. Kassidy's getting really good at the letters, and since that is one thing I DID know before ST! we're haveing fun finger spelling to each other and trying to figure out what the other one is saying! LOL
As for me... I'm torn! LOL I REALLY like the X song at the end of the alphabet one but I get such a kick out of watching Kenn watch the family one... and the first one will always be one of my favorites because it's the first one we watched... over and over and over... I dunno! LOL How's that for fickle?

My daughter loves "My favorite things" most and "Zoo Train" second.

I love the ABC-Volume and the aquarium-section of "Zoo Train", "Leah's Farm" is very cool, too.

I look forward to Volume 10 - 13, which I don't have yet - perhaps I'll have another favorite volume then. ;)

That's our favorite volume as well. Sophia will ask me to sing the Colors of the Rainbow everyday at least once. :p

"Hey, I'm awake, and I'm ready to start my day, HEY, Hey, I'm awake...." (notice the extra "Hey"... he personalized the song by improvising/improving it(?) heehee

This is how I'm woken up nearly every morning since the new DVD's came out! I love it!!! I even get all the verses....Serenaded by a four year old! And he'll even sing to Nick by signing it, too... there are sooo many good songs, but this is my all time favorite because of my wake up call. :cool:
