Hi, I'm Katrina and we have two children - Kristina is 4 1/2 and Brant is 2 years 3 months. Brant has Down syndrome and has speech delays which is why we got started with the signing time DVD's in the first place. We first owned volume 1-6 which Kristina loves but Brant was never that interested in. I bought Baby Signing Time after Brant learned the signs: "Diaper" and "Boat" from the little preview videos on the website here. Ever since that Brant LOVES the BST DVD's! He signs diaper and points to the DVD player when he wants to watch them (for the diaper dance, lol). He knows almost every sign on the two BST DVDs and I'm really really hoping that there are plans to expand the series! I'm debating whether I should get volumes 7-9 but I really don't think he'll be that interested in them yet to be honest. Does anyone know if there are plans to increase the set?

We'll have to double check with Rachel, but from what I've heard, they're going to kind of wait and see how well BST does before producing more. So everyone needs to buy, buy, buy! LOL.

Well I've been telling everyone who'll listen about how great they are :) I even got our local Down syndrome society to order some! And I posted on a few boards when you had your 25% off sale. So I think I'm doing my part ;) I sure do hope you make more since we love these at our house!

Right now we do have plans to "complete" the Baby Signing Time set, by offering matching board books and flash cards.

Though priority #1 for us is completing the original Signing Time DVD Series Volumes 1-13.

I can't wait for the books and cards! I think BST is perfect the way it is. I mean, you've covered the "basics" of baby signing needs and everything else should be covered in ST! regular volumes. In other words, once babies have mastered BST signs, they should be ready to "graduate" to ST! 1- however many!

I must say, I don't much like the use of the word "completing". Are you really going to end the series at 13? Is that because you will switch to focusing on a ST tv series? Or is ST detracting from Leah and Alex just being kids? I know it can't be for lack of ideas for volumes because we have so many!!!

I have never heard her say that 13 will be "it" for ST - maybe (hopefully!) she meant that she has to complete 13 before moving on to 14+?

I like that interpretation. Hope it is correct!!!

I'd like to see Teenage Signing Time with Alex and Leah and the in the 0-5 series Lucy and Zack may sign! :D
But I'd like further BST volumes, too.

As I don't buy all ST volumes by now - you don't need to hurry! ;)

I still want to see Lucy/Zack Knock knock jokes. And if the delay in shipping 7-9 is adding that to the special features, then by all means, TAKE YOUR TIME!!!!

Well I myself have heard a LOT of interest in seeing more volumes of the BST series so I hope it's something you'll consider in the future.
