How Would You Sign "stop Whining"? My Son Whines A Lot And He Seems To Listen Better When Something Gets Signed To Him. His Teacher At His Daycare Taught Him "be Nice" Because He Was Being Mean To His Friends. She Says She Can Be Across The Room Signing That And He Will Start Being Good.

When Alexandria is whining or screaming I sign "NOT NEED YELL, USE SIGN, USE WORD." While saying, "There is no need to yell, use your signs, use your words."

We use the same thing, either "quiet, use your sign" or something along the lines of what ali uses.

or
CRY CRY ENOUGH

We use NORMAL VOICE PLEASE if it is high pitched whinning for something and USE WORDS USE SIGNS if it is unspecific wordless whine.
