My boy likes to throw his diaper in the garbage after we change him. I know how to sign "put" and "diaper" but I couldn't find how to sign "garbage", to make the full "put the diaper in the garbage".

How would you sign "figures"? Not the noun, but in a situation like when you are driving down the road and see someone driving all over the place and you pull up next to them and they are yapping on a cell phone. You say say "figures" in a sarcastic manner.
