If you are not a strong multi-tasker, you may want to start your lemon bars before we start chatting. I have been known to burn many Wednesday night dinners because I can't tear myself away from my computer screen.
LOL! I'm excited to make them. I don't like lemon bars (the only lemon thing I really like are the cookies from paradise bakery!) but my DH will love them!
How can you not like lemon bars? First we had all the anti-cheesecake chatters and noe this LOL - I love lemony deserts. and for the record I love cheesecake and lemon cheesecake just about does me in!!!

Thanks for the info. I have a hard enough time reading the chats let alone multi-taksing through them. I love lemon Bars, but tonight is my son's b-day so I'll be doing that. you all have fun.
Haha! You're right we did have the anti-cheesecake discussion. I'm not a cheesecake fan no matter what you flavor it with. But I absolutely love cream cheese, figure that one out for me!

Oh wow! Those are so good!! Mine are still runny, but they haven't cooled down. The crust is sort of gooey too. So it's either that way because they are still hot or because I didn't cook them long enough. Either way they are very yummy! Thanks for the recipe!
Rachel have you decided on the next snack item? Salsa or something sweet. They both sound good. I will try to actually cook this time. :D
