    Default Bagel?

    My girls are 22 months and hearing but have started making up signs so the do the sign for more but with fists banging together for bagel. is there a better sign to give them then 'bread'?

    We just do bread. I never could find one for bagel.

    Default Another bagel idea

    My 8 year old decided years ago that bagel should be the same as I have seen circle signed -- by making a circle with your fingers touching first and second fingers. Do NOT turn the palms away from you as this means a woman's private area. When I have searched on line I found others doing this also, many finger spelling it, and some using using the sign "family" with both hands in a b shape. Others said they didn't like that one because it is SEE (signed English), not ASL.
