We love bubbles. It is easily signed with "more." You use both hands, alternating opening and closing them going from a 5 handshape to an O handshape and back again repeatedly.

I believe that "fireworks" is signed with the palms facing forward. "Bubbles" is signed with the palms facing each other, like in the sign for "more."

This site shows them up outward facing. Like bubbles popping...

Default Hand position

We sign "bubbles" near our shoulders, with "fireworks" being higher like in the sky.

Default A bit confused

I thought fireworks was more like stars? Instead of the fingers staying close, they shoot off.

BTW,

Didn't know if you all saw JoJo's post in the other thread. I think this is in vol 8 (the new ones are out in our car). Soooo, if you have the new ones, you can take a peek at the ST version. Sometimes it is so hard to describe signs with the written word!

Default bubbles

We sign bubbles by showing that you are blowing bubbles first, then we'll do the sign everyone is talking about for fireworks but lower, and depending on what kind of bubbles, we will also show a bigger bubble growing from our mouth (as if we are blowing a big one...)
