- Our favorite signing time video! Review by AutMommy

Educational Value Quality of Product Entertainment Value Price My kids (4 and 2) love Signing Time - we have all of Series Two, and this video is their favorite by far! "Watch Signing Time!" is often met with an objection of "Crayons Signing Time!" if anything else is chosen - and they know and use all of their colors (very helpful when the autistic child wants something he doesn't know the name of).

- Great, if you don't already have BST & Series 1 Review by Stacy

Entertainment Value Price Educational Value Quality of Product Based on some of the reviews for the Series 2, I was a little skeptical about purchasing them. But I wanted to learn more, and we loved Series 1 and BST. So I dived in and started buying Series 2.
I feel those reviews for Series 2 were a bit off base, but you can’t please everyone. On this dvd though I would have to agree based on the fact that I have BST & Series 1. I feel it was the worst of this series. Very repetitive regarding the basic colors and only learning two new colors – silver & gold. I feel the Rainbow song in Series 1 #6 was a way better song for learning colors. I am an artist and there are many other colors out there, even in the larger crayon coloring boxes. So I feel she could have added many more colors, and did just a review segment of the basic colors. Overall I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t already have BST & Series 1.
If you don’t have BST & Series 1, then this would be a great dvd for learning the colors.
The only other critique that I have, if I could be so bold, is she doesn’t sign as many words as she did in the other series. Like when she sings a song, before in BST & Series 1 she would sign all through it and now I have noticed that she only signs the words that you learn in the dvd. I feel that is a bit backwards since the kids that are watching this are probably older and would get more out of it, learning more signs verses when they were babies. Since repetition is good, then at least sign the words previously learned from the first series.(Posted on 6/10/11)

Educational Value Quality of Product Entertainment Value Price Thanks to "Box of Crayons" my 20 month old names the colors of everything she sees! This series has been incredibly beneficial for her. She's able to show us how much she really understands and it's amazing.
