Signing Time is a program that encourages children’s speech and intellectual development. Audiologists, neurologists, pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists and many other professionals recommend Signing Time. Research shows children who use sign language develop speech faster than children who do not sign. American Sign Language positively influences language acquisition, even for children with delayed speech and is an effective speech therapy activity. Signing Time promotes early learning and development, including pre-literacy skills such as reading, writing and spelling.

Family, Feelings and Fun teaches children signs to express feelings. Children also learn to identify family members and describe the world outside. Signing Time encourages children to speak and sign the words together. My Neighborhood teaches the ASL signs for people in the neighborhood such as doctor, nurse, police officer and fire fighter.
