Shipping is free on your first delivery. US deliveries only. UT residence add 6.85% sales tax. Your membership benefits begin as soon as your initial payment has been successfully submitted.
Every month we’ll automatically renew your subscription and bill your credit card the fee stated at the time of purchase, plus applicable tax and shipping charges. Pricing and deliveries are subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand.

We’d hate to see you go, but if you cancel within the first 30 days, we’ll give you a full refund. To cancel contact customer support at email@example.com or call (801) 676-4440 Mon-Fri 9-5 MST.
As an active Member, you will receive a 10% discount on your purchases at www.signingtime.com. You must log in to your account to activate the discount at checkout. Your member discount cannot be applied to your monthly subscription payments, gift cards, or digital products.
You will periodically receive emails from Two Little Hands. If you’d rather not hear from us, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Unsubscribing from our email list does NOT cancel your club membership.
Q. Can I get both the digital and the actual discs mailed?
A. Yes, you can. Because our digital program is managed by our partner, Platform Purple, the two can’t be integrated. You will have to buy the digital subscription and the Signing Time Club separately. There will be two separate billings and you will receive correspondence for both, but separately.
Q. What if I want to stop receiving my monthly shipments?
A. You can stop your shipments at anytime. Call our office at 801-676-4440, Monday-Friday Mountain Time and let us know you want to discontinue your Club membership. You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Be sure to call prior to your monthly scheduled payment.
Q. What if I call to cancel my subscription and my payment has already processed?
A. If your shipment has already been sent, we will cancel your future shipments. You may return the shipment when it is received for a refund. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Q. What if I cancel my subscription and later I want to start up again?
A. We would love you to begin again and continue learning to sign with your child! Give us a call at 801-676-4440, with your credit/debit card info, and we can start you again where you left off.
Q. I moved! I changed my email! My credit/debit card changed! What do I do now?
A. Give us a call ASAP and we will update your information so you will continue your Club shipments without interruption. (Sorry, you have to call – our system won’t allow you to do that online.)
Q. Can I pick and choose the items that I want in my shipments?
A. No, our shipments are in sequential order, and they can’t be adjusted. Because of the nature of our system, no substitutions can be made.
Q. What if I already have the first few DVDs/items?
A. We can start your subscription wherever you want us to, but the remaining items must be received in order. Give us a call at 801-676-4440 and we can set it up for you.
Q. I want to purchase the Club shipments as a gift. How can I do that?
A. When you fill out the form, enter your information in the billing address fields, and enter the information for the recipient in the shipping information. Enter your email address so you will receive the shipping confirmations and correspondence if there is a problem.
Q. Can I choose the date that my credit/debit card is charged?
A. Our billing cycle is on the 5th, 12th, 19th, or 26th of each month. Your payment will be scheduled on the closest date of your original order, unless specified otherwise on your enrollment form.
Q. Do I get a special discount for being a Signing Time Club Member?
A. Yes! On all non-club orders you will receive 10% off. This is in addition to any coupons, sale items, or promotions. A perfect way to save on all gifts and additional items not included in your shipments!
