Dear Signing Time Academy Instructors,

We are growing!
We’re just shy of our 3rd anniversary and we’re about to become 1,000 Instructors strong. Your work and dedication in bringing the joy and the benefits of signing to the families in your communities is amazing. It is because you are making strong personal connections with our customers that Two Little Hands is dedicating the resources, skills and talents of their entire organization to making you, our Instructors, the face and future of the Signing Time brand as we move forward.

Preparing for the future
To get ready for this next phase of the Academy, we are changing some of the roles and responsibilities of our personnel.  The Two Little Hands business development and marketing teams are redoubling their efforts and focus to usher in the Academy as the future of the Signing Time brand. Gwen Cox, Academy Director, will transition to the role of Recruiting Specialist as of July 1. In addition, she will become part of our Associate Director team, helping to train, motivate and support her own team of Instructors. Emilie Brown will help develop our sales training and Rachel Coleman will serve as the Executive Director of the Signing Time Academy.

STA 2.0 coming soon
Over the next 6 months we’ll be introducing new opportunities and programs that will make it even easier to build your Signing Time Academy business. There will be new ways to earn income, great deals to offer your customers, and a new system of training and support for you.

Business as usual!
What does this mean for you today? It’s business as usual. Continue building your business, teaching classes and sharing Signing Time products. The new opportunities and programs will build on the foundation of success you have already created. Keep on doing the wonderful work that you do! And, if you have ideas and suggestions for us, please send them to Linda at support@signingtimeacademy.com. We welcome your input.

-Rachel, Emilie, Mike, Gwen, Linda and LeeAnn
