Q. What is your guarantee policy?
Our DVDs are sold and shipped through Amazon.com through our Official Signing Time Amazon Store.
Amazon guarantees all purchases for 30 days. Please see Amazon’s return policy.
Q. How can I exchange or return a DVD?
- All DVDs are sold through our Official Signing Time Amazon Store.
- Any exchanges or returns are to be done through your account on Amazon.com

Q. Are your DVDs formatted for use outside the United States?
Our DVDs are formatted for all regions. Many other countries use PAL versions. Newer DVD players in other countries are now made to be both NTSC and PAL compatible, but an older player may not be NTSC compatible.
Q. I have a question about a digital purchase. Who should I contact?

- Retrieve your My Signing Time account password. Enter your email and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Q. What is your refund policy for Signing Time Academy Instructor Kits?
We do everything we can to assist you in making an informed choice about becoming an Instructor. You have 30 days to request a full refund if you have not submitted your Instructor Information for your background check and license agreement and not redeemed your digital kit. If you have submitted Instructor Information and not redeemed your digital kit you can return your digital kit for a refund of the purchase price minus $100. If you have submitted Instructor Information and redeemed your digital kit you can return your digital kit and receive a 50% refund of the purchase price.
